Avocado Soup Shots Ingredients:

Chilled Avocado Soup Shots with Spicy Breadcrumbs by Lava LipsSOUP-

2 large ripe avocadoes
1 ½ cup low sodium chicken broth
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
2 TBS fresh lime juice
Pinch of Sea Salt to taste

BREADCRUMBS-

1 slice, soft bread
¾ tsp paprika
1 TBS butter
A couple dashes of cayenne pepper sauce
¼ tsp of sea salt

Avocado Soup Shots Cooking Instructions:

For the avocado soup shots; dice the avocado and place in blender. Add broth, whipping cream, lime juice and salt. Puree until smooth. Chill this about 2 hours or longer. Serve into large-sized shot glasses.

For the breadcrumbs; finely grind the bread in a processor. Melt the butter in a medium skillet, add the crumbs and stir until golden brown. Add the paprika, salt & cayenne pepper sauce. Stir until crumbs are crisp. Cover and keep at room temp. Serve over each soup shot when ready.
