Jalapeno – Corn Casserole Ingredients:

1 cup uncooked long grain rice

1 onion, chopped

Pain-Is-Good-Fire-Roasted-Green-Srirach-AH-Pepper-Sauce1 small green pepper, chopped

1 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup butter

2 Tbs. Pain is good Fire Roasted Green Srirach-AH Pepper Sauce

2 17-oz. cream style corn

2 large jalapeno peppers, finely chopped

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

 

Jalapeno – Corn Casserole  Cooking Instructions:

Cook rice according to package & set aside. Saute onion, green pepper, and celery in butter until tender. Add cooked rice & remaining ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly buttered 12×8 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Garnish with red and green pepper rings. Serves 8-10.
